Southern exposure (colder) towards Lombardy Clubhouse was incorporated into the design. All Living areas faces onto this water feature garden area. Open plan kitchen and en-suite bathrooms allows northern light (warmer) whilst utilising the views on the southern exposure. Upstairs incorporates Lombardy signature balconies and wide roof overhangs.
