Created interest by placing lap pool in centre of design! All living spaces overlooking pool. Staircase in bridge link over pool. Thus creating a ‘peaceful’ corner on the entrance hall side and more ‘public’ corner on garden/covered patio side. Pyjama lounge and 4 bedroom suites upstairs. Building line parameters regarding privacy were overcome by incorporating roof gardens instead of balconies.
