A wall was created between urban context – street facing and the nature reserve – west facing. Urban contains access, cars, manicured lawns. Nature reserve retains original grassland, and fauna. The wall contains passageway downstairs and balcony walkway upstairs. Living space downstairs is designed for big groups as well as two people on their own! Tinted double glazing sliders were custom made to combat the western sun aspect and simultaneous sun reflection from the water. A spacious retirement abode indeed.
