Existing raft foundation was reimagined from Tuscan to Modern design. Existing raft strength points was used. Lounge was imagined as covered patio to utilise northern exposure to pool. Living areas and kitchen opens to rear ‘play’ garden. Design is basically split in two by double volume staircase area. Incorporating clerestory windows for a light and airy interior. Guest bedroom/study downstairs. Four bedrooms upstairs. Bridge access across double volume area to 2 secondary bedrooms.
