Original dwelling designed in 1997 for Stanley’s Mom.
Sold a couple of times. Now renovating for a new era.

Using new technologies such as Durum Cooltech roofpaint, textured and smooth plaster finishes, concrete ball detail on the gables, the dwelling was taken from a slightly neglected state to a classic modern dwelling.
Invoking responses such as "Did you build new", "Stunning", and "Wow".

Rewiring, replumbing, and redoing the swimming pool is part of the scope of work!
